Get Steam fluffy Jasmine Rice:
Take on a large individual plate,place the rice in centre,around edge

Flattened the chicken, spread salt, lemon juice and oil on both sides and set aside for 10'
In a wok put the 3 tbs oil, heat add the onions and stir fry for 2' then add the garlic minced, fresh sliced ginger & then add the chicken and stir-fry for another 3', then add the 2 cups water, bouillon cubes, whole tomatoes, tomato paste, celery stalks cut in pieces, cayenne pepper powder, worchestershire sauce, cardamom, salt, black pepper and let it boil then simmer slowly. On the last time one minute of cooking add a handful of chopped parsley and turn off the heat. Remove from the stove.
Prepare the side dish, stir-fry vege. In a wok heat 2 tbs oil, add the onion and sautee' for 2' then add the Kale, stir and add the Bokchoy, pinch of salt and black pepper, and stir-fry for another 2'. Splash with a dash of Olive oil. Remove, transfer into a small serving bowl.To serve: on individual plate put as bed the Jasmeen rice then top put the Chicken in gravy. Side dish the stir-fried dark green veges πππΏπ₯πππ πΆπ
