Instructions to make Chicken stew:
Roughly chop onion garlic and tomatoes.heat oil add roughly chop onion and garlic saute till onion turns pink
Add whole garam masala, cumin+coriander seeds, fry till splutter, then add chicken and fry in oil till it changes colour.
Add all spice and fry till smell diminish. Add roughly chop tomatoes. Mix cover. Cook till chicken is tender & tomatoes water almost dries up. Fry the masala.
Add green chillies and garam masala.before serving garnish with fresh chop coriander & ginger juliannes. Enjoy with roti or naan
