  1. Take Chicken parts
  2. Prepare Vegetable oil
  3. Get Boiled tomato paste
  4. Take bullion cubes

  1. Wash and spice your chicken up cook for 20min
  2. When the chicken is cooked put small vegetable oil in a saucepan and fry the chicken lightly
  3. Fry till golden brown
  4. I have boiled tomatoes so that's what am using for this recipe.
  5. Add some oil to the oil that you fried the meat pour in the tomato paste
  6. Let it fry till all the water is dried
  7. Add the chicken to the stew
  8. Stir them up and add chicken stock taste for salt correct if necessary. Allow to cook for 10 minutes and its ready. Serve with rice
