Get 6 tbsp Custard powder
Take 3 ltr milk

Steps to make Rice Custard Pudding:
Wash the rice and drain excess of water.
On the other hand. Take a heavy bottom pan and pour 2 ltrs of milk in it.
Let it boil.
Now take a small pan and add 1 tspn ghee in it.
Now add washed rice and roast it.
When gets roasted, put it in the mixing jar.
Semi grind the rice.
Now when milk comes to boil then add these semi grinded rice into it.
Let it cook.
Keep stirring in between and lower the flame.
When milk starts getting thick, that means, our rice is getting cooked.
When rice are cooked properly and milk gets much thicked then add dryfruits powder to it.
Keep stirring and then switch off the flame.
From dryfruits powder, our milk gets thickened and the taste gets very smoothy and rich.
Now lets make custard of 1 ltr of milk.
On the other hand, take a heavy bottom pan to make custard.
Keep 1 bowl of milk and pour rest of the milk left from 3 ltrs into the pan.
In the bowl, add custard into the milk.
Mix it.
When milk of custard pan comes to boil then add this bowl of milk custard mix.
Now add sugar to it.
Keep stirring custard also so that it also does not get burnt.
When sugar gets dissolve and custard gets thickened then swich off the flane.
Now mix this custard into rice milk.
After mixing both of them, let it cool.
Keep it under the fan or in the fridge.
When it cools down, thick layer comes on top of the custard.
Now firstly decorate it with Kiwi slices and apple slices.
After that decorate with Almonds.
Then take out subza seeds from the bowl with the spoon and decorate on the layer of rice custard pudding.
Now like this, decorate with pomegranate seeds.
After that decorate with almonds.
