How to Prepare Homemade Cinnamon roll

Hello everybody, I hope you are having an amazing day today. Today, I will show you a way to prepare a special dish, cinnamon roll. One of my favorites food recipes. For mine, I am going to make it a bit unique. This will be really delicious.

Cinnamon roll is one of the most well liked of current trending foods on earth. It’s easy, it’s quick, it tastes delicious. It’s enjoyed by millions daily. They are nice and they look wonderful. Cinnamon roll is something which I’ve loved my whole life.

To get started with this particular recipe, we must prepare a few ingredients. You can have cinnamon roll using 8 ingredients and 8 steps. Here is how you can achieve it.

The ingredients needed to make Cinnamon roll:
  1. Take Bread dough (see recipe)
  2. Prepare Appropriate amount of Roasted walnut(chop them into small pieces)
  3. Take 10 g Cinnamon powder
  4. Take 15 g sugar
  5. Prepare 20 g melted butter
  6. Get Icing
  7. Get 50 g powder sugar
  8. Take 10 g water
Instructions to make Cinnamon roll:
  1. Follow my pull apart bread recipe step 1 and 2 with same ingredients. - (see recipe)
  2. After the dough is rises for 30min, let the air out and roll it back in one circle. Let the dough rest for 10min under a wet towel/ kitchen paper.
  3. Stretch the dough to 36cmx36cm. Sprinkle cinnamon powder, sugar and walnuts.
  4. Roll them into a cylinder. Try to make them as thin as possible. Connect the end tightly.
  5. Cut them into 9 and place it in a 23cmx23cm square pan.
  6. Let it rise for 20min.
  7. Bake in a oven that is preheated to 180c° for 20min.
  8. Icing-mix all the icing ingredients. Pour them on a roll after cooling down.
