  4. Add cooked ricatoni and mix to combine, immediately transfer to an oven proof dish, sprinkle left over British cheddar cheese on to and put in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven, add on top peas and serve.

I love it anyway I can get it but baked mac and cheese is my very favorite and I'll tell you Cook the pasta one minute shy of al dente according to the package instructions. Remove from heat, drain, and place in a large bowl. Microwave for at least two minutes longer so the pasta can cook through.
