  4. On a floured surface, roll out half of the dough and shape it to the size of the baking tray. - Place the rolled dough on a greased baking tray. - Spread half cup of the jam all over the dough.
  5. Roll out the second half of the dough and shape it to the size of the baking tray and lay it on top of the jam in a baking tray. - - Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
