Instructions to make Quiche of the Spinach:
  1. Boil the Spinach and squeeze. Cut the spinach into bite-size lengths.
  2. Cut into the Ham in half lengthwise and slice into 1cm wide strips.
  3. Cut into the Sliced Cheese 1cm wide strips.
  4. Break the eggs into a bowl and beat them. Add to Cheese and Mayonnaise, mix them well. Add the Milk in tha bowl and mix it well.
  5. Add the Spinaches and Hams into the bowl and Combine them. Transfer it to a heat resistant bowl.
  6. Bake it in 180 degrees oven for 10 minuets, cover the bowl with hoil and bake for 10 minuets more.

A delicious quiche is one of my all-time favorite breakfast or brunch foods when I want something savory. This vegan spinach quiche is creamy, cheesy and totally delicious! It is baked in a flaky homemade pie crust that is very easy to make and can be prepared in. Best of all, this one's ready in an hour. In medium mixing bowl - whisk together the eggs & milk.
