1. Start by separating your cookie halves and scrapping off the cookie cream filling and save the filling and set aside.
2. Use a sharp knife to cut the oreos above the logo cut in the 2/3 and 1/3 pieces.
3. Mix cake crumbs and milk together. Mix well.
4. Melt dark chocolate compound in microwave/double boiler.
