The ingredients needed to make 6 Ingredient Prawn Risotto:
  1. Take 300 g risotto rice
  2. Make ready 1 litre hot stock (I use chicken)
  3. Make ready 6 slices streaky bacon
  4. Prepare 100 g peas
  5. Prepare 1 onion
  6. Take 200 g cooked prawns
Steps to make 6 Ingredient Prawn Risotto:
  1. Dice your onion and slice your streaky bacon into 1 cm chunks.
  2. Fry both together in a splash of oil (if not using a non stick pan) until they start to brown, stirring regularly. Use a high heat.
  3. Pour in your risotto rice, and coat in the bacon and onion to absorb the flavours. Once fully coated, pour in your stock and bring your liquid to the boil. Once you have reached the boil, turn the heat down and allow to simmer, stirring regularly. The stock will soak into the rice.
  4. Once you think you are about 5 minutes from the end, add your peas and prawns and heat through.
  5. Enjoy :)
