Now,make cutlet of mince and potato and give it a shape of seekh kabab.Then,place this seekh kabab shape cutlet on a disc and fold as shown in the picture.Now cut the remaining disc like strips but do not cut the ends.Fold it in a round shape and join its edges.Mince potato rings are ready.Keep the rings in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours.
7. Take out the rings from the refrigerator.Heat oil in a pan and fry these rings in medium flame until golden brown.Serve immidiately with ketchup.Enjoy:)
