  6. Keep stirring constantly And let the rice cooks..take care to see that the rice doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan Add the powdered dry fruits
  7. Off the gas once the milk thickens and the rice is fully cooked..let it cool
  8. Now add the main ingredient that's the rose water..it gives a nice taste and aroma to the phirni.
  9. .garnish with pistachios..Refrigerate and serve cool šŸ˜Ž
