  4. Let it sit for 30 until all of the milk has been absorbed. If the bread is still hard to the touch, add a bit more milk
  5. Divide the mixture evenly to form 7 dough balls. Simply roll and press them between your hands
  6. Cook the dough balls in slightly boiling salt water for 12-15 minutes. Note: no rolling boil or the dough balls might fall apart
  7. Once the dough balls are cooked, you have two options: 1. Eat them as they are with some butter poured on top and garnished with Parmesan cheese, or, 2. Chop the dough balls into small pieces and fry them in a pan with butter. Then garnish with Parmesan cheese.
  8. Serve the dough balls with a fresh green salad on the side
