Ceviche is one of the most popular of recent trending foods on earth. It is appreciated by millions daily. It is easy, it is fast, it tastes delicious. Ceviche is something that I’ve loved my entire life. They’re fine and they look fantastic.

To begin with this recipe, we have to prepare a few components. You can have ceviche using 14 ingredients and 7 steps. Here is how you cook that.

The ingredients needed to make Ceviche:
  1. Get Potato
  2. Get 1 Sweet potato
  3. Get 1 cinnamon stick
  4. Get 5-10 cloves
  5. Take 1 tbsp sugar
  6. Get Ceviche
  7. Prepare 200 g fish e.g cod
  8. Prepare 2 limes
  9. Prepare 1 onion
  10. Get 1/2 red Chilli (adjust depending on heat preferences)
  11. Get 1 tsp ginger (crushed or chopped)
  12. Prepare 1 clove garlic (crushed or chopped)
  13. Get to taste Coriander, salt and pepper
  14. Make ready Condensed milk- if too acidic
Instructions to make Ceviche:
  1. Peel the sweet potato and cut into chunks
  2. Boil the sweet potato chunks in a pan with the cinnamon, cloves and sugar until tender then leave to side (approx 25 minutes)
  3. Cut the fish into 10p pieces
  4. Mix the fish with the juice of the limes, the chopped onion and the other ingredients
  5. Leave to ‘cook’ in the acid for 10 minutes
  6. Taste and adjust seasoning. Add some condensed milk if acid is too strong
  7. Serve with the sweet potato and some corn
