Instructions to make Sausage, vegetables and lentils:
  1. Chop the carrots and celery into 1cm cubes, slice the leek.
  2. Heat some olive oil in a large frying pan and gently fry the veg, with the thyme, for 10 mins.
  3. Add the lentils, stock cube and water and cook down for another 5-10 mins until the veg are cooked and water reduces down
  4. Serve the lentils and veg with the sausages.
