The ingredients needed to make Fireslaw (Spicy Coleslaw):
  1. Take 200 g white cabbage, sliced into thin strips,
  2. Get 2 medium sized carrots, grated,
  3. Take 60 g red bell pepper, sliced into thin long strips,
  4. Prepare 1 tbsp light mayo,
  5. Prepare 1 tbsp fat free quark (or use more mayo as alternative),
  6. Take 1 level tsp peri peri style powdered spice seasoning,
  7. Make ready Sriracha sauce, to taste,
  8. Take 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice,
  9. Make ready to taste Salt and pepper

Pour the dressing over the slaw and toss. Taste, season with salt and pepper and, if needed, add a bit more adobo sauce to. In a small bowl, whisk together the oil, vinegar, sugar, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper. Pour over vegetable mixture and toss to combine.

Instructions to make Fireslaw (Spicy Coleslaw):
  1. Take a medium-large bowl and add in the chopped cabbage, carrot and red peppers. Season well with salt and pepper and add the peri peri seasoning in.
  2. Add the lemon juice, and light mayo. Stir together to combine well and coat the veg evenly. Add in the sriracha sauce (add to your own personal taste of how hot you like it), then add the quark and stir well until combined once more. Serve up immediately or chill in the fridge until needed. Enjoy!
