Steps to make Spicy Garlic Shrimp couscous:
  1. Fry garlic in oil
  2. Add butter
  3. Add gochujang paste. Sauté.
  4. Add shrimps. Add about 1/2 cup water. Cajun seasoning and sugar to adjust heat. Salt and pepper to taste. Boil until shrimp is cooked.
  5. Set shrimp aside leaving only the sauce in the pan. Add couscous and hot water (1:1). Mix well. Wait until couscous is cooked (6-8mins). Fluff with fork.
  6. Add shrmips back. Drizzle with sesame oil. Sprinkle dried coriander

Increase the heat to medium high and add the shrimp, ½ teaspoon kosher salt, and fresh ground pepper. Serve the shrimp over couscous garnished with chopped parsley. In the same skillet, cook and stir the zucchini, wine, tomatoes and capers until zucchini is tender. Let stand at room temperature until ready to use. Toss shrimp with salt and pepper.
