Hey everyone, hope you are having an amazing day today. Today, I will show you a way to prepare a distinctive dish, labneh toast. It is one of my favorites food recipes. For mine, I’m gonna make it a bit unique. This is gonna smell and look delicious.

Labneh Toast is one of the most popular of recent trending foods on earth. It’s easy, it’s quick, it tastes yummy. It’s appreciated by millions daily. They are nice and they look fantastic. Labneh Toast is something which I’ve loved my entire life.

To get started with this particular recipe, we must first prepare a few components. You can have labneh toast using 13 ingredients and 14 steps. Here is how you can achieve it.

The ingredients needed to make Labneh Toast:
  1. Take (A) For the Labneh:
  2. Get 500 grams Yogurt
  3. Get 1.5 Teaspoon/As per taste Salt
  4. Get As required EVOO/Olive oil
  5. Take As required Za’atar
  6. Make ready As per taste Black pepper powder (preferably freshly milled or pounded)
  7. Make ready (B) For the Toasts/Toppings:
  8. Prepare 6 slices Bread (I used Rye Bread)
  9. Make ready 1/2 English Cucumber (Unpeeled, Diced)
  10. Make ready 1 Tomato Medium (Deseeded, Diced)
  11. Prepare 2 Avocados (Peeled, Sliced)
  12. Get 1 Jalapeño (Sliced)
  13. Take A few Mint leaves (Chopped roughly)
Instructions to make Labneh Toast:
  1. (A) For the Labneh:
  2. Line a colander with a muslin cloth/cheese cloth/large handkerchief. Place the colander over a mixing bowl.
  3. Add salt to the yogurt. Stir gently. - Pour the yogurt in the colander.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 24 hours. - Make sure the colander doesn’t touch the whey/bottom of the bowl.
  5. After 24 hours, squeeze out any remaining whey very gently.
  6. The thick yogurt should resemble cream cheese.
  7. Refrigerate in an airtight container until ready to use.
  8. (B) To Assemble:
  9. Toast the bread slices in the Toaster on medium setting. (Do not make it too crisp).
  10. Place on plates lined with paper napkins.
  11. Add generous dollops of the Labneh on top of the toasts with the help of a tablespoon. (Do not spread the Labneh).
  12. Arrange the above toppings as per your liking. - Sprinkle the Za’atar & pepper powder as per taste. - Drizzle olive oil on top.
  13. Serve immediately. - Enjoy!
  14. Note: I added the mint leaves after taking the pics. Hence, not seen in the pics.
