  8. Use de oil u fry ur fish in d sauce
  9. Add ur tomatoes,onions,scotch bonnet nd big pepper to fry
  10. Add ur salt,maggi nd curry
  11. Den u add ur fish into it nd cook it
  12. U add ur spinach nd cook for 2mint
  13. Ready
