Add milk and sugar; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; stir until mixture is slightly thick. Transfer to a bowl; whisk in egg. Return to saucepan; cook, stirring frequently, until.

Stir in couscous and vanilla, remove from the heat and cover. Fluff couscous with fork before adding to sauce. In a separate small saucepan, over low heat, add coconut milk, vanilla, cardamon seeds, cinnamon and sugar. Add raisins, simmer and stir for a minute or two.

Instructions to make Cous cous Pudding:

  2. Sieve it to the pot and heat it on fire.

  9. Put it in your desire serving bowl, sprinkle your grated coconut, add some powdered milk on each bowl, then your mint leave for garnishing optional
  10. You can add fruit of your choice like apple, grape etc.

In a separate small saucepan, over low heat, add coconut milk, vanilla, cardamon seeds, cinnamon and sugar. Add raisins, simmer and stir for a minute or two. Gradually whisk egg mixture back into couscous mixture in pan. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Cool pudding to room temperature, stirring occasionally.
