  1. Heat ghee or oil on a heavy saucepan. Once hot add in the shallow and fry till translucent. Add in the ginger and garlic and fry again till fragrant
  2. Add in the tomatoes, green chillies, garam masala, turmeric, and a little bit of water. Cook till oil separates
  3. Add in the spinach, paneer, salt and lemon juice. Stir gently to mix and let cook for 3 to 5 minutes.

Blanch the spinach in hot water for three minutes or until wilted. Drain into a colander and run cold water over it until cool. In a food processor or blender, blend to a Add the paneer cubes, garam masala and milk or cream. Stir and cook for a few minutes or until the spinach is nice and creamy. Slowly stir in heavy cream, and heat through on low heat.
