The ingredients needed to make Thai Green Curry:
  1. Take 1 chicken breast diced
  2. Take 1 green pepper chopped into chunks
  3. Take 1 pack baby corn
  4. Get 1 red onion chopped into chunks

  6. Take 1 can coconut milk
  7. Make ready 1 fresh kaffir lime leaf

Instructions to make Thai Green Curry:
  1. Cook the diced chicken in the olive oil for 2 mins on each side (4 mins in total)
  2. Add the chopped pepper, onion, baby corn, bamboo shoots and lime leaf, cook for 2 mins
  3. Add the Thai green curry paste and cook for 2 mins
  4. Stir in the coconut milk and cook for 2 mins
  5. Boil rice per instructions (mine was ready in 2 mins). Drain, add to serving bowls. Add Thai green curry on top. Add lime garnish to finish
