  4. On the other pan, pour the beaten egg(s) add turmeric then put the sauteed white onions and mushrooms on top on either side then add some basil then cover the sauteed mushrooms with the other side. Then serve.

When the cheese is melted and the egg is no longer runny, flip the cheese half over onto the mushroom half.
