My egg fried rice recipe uses egg that's slightly flavored with turmeric and paprika, which I think is a unique addition. It adds color to the dish, making it a vibrant yellow.   2. 2 tbsp heat the oil and add garlic chopped
  3. Then add chopped veggies
  4. Add vinegar soya sauce and chilli sauce
  5. Also add salt and pepper
  6. Mix very well
  7. Then add scrambled egg and mix it up
  8. Put the pan and added the rice
  9. Then add fried veggies for high flame at mix of both then leave for 10 minutes rice are fully cooked
  10. FRIED RICE ready
