  2. Drain the potatoes and add butter, garlic, salt and Parmesan
  3. Mash the potatoes, add a splash of milk if required
  4. Add oil and seasoning to griddle pan and put on a high heat, cook the steaks for 3 mins either side and then let them rest for 8 mins
  5. Slice the steaks and serve with the sweet potato mash (chopped parsley ontop) and sautéed brocilli
