The ingredients needed to make Sausage wreath:
  1. Make ready 1 packet ready roll Puff Pastry
  2. Make ready 500 g sausage meat
  3. Make ready 1 tsp cranberry sauce
  4. Prepare 1/4 tsp garlic granules
  5. Get 1/4 tsp onion granules
  6. Get 1 egg yolk
Instructions to make Sausage wreath:
  1. Set oven to 180
  2. Mix all the filling ingrdients together your hands is best for this, every now and a gain throw the mixture in to the bowl this helps with the texture.
  3. Unroll your pastry and have the long side towards you
  4. Make a sausage out of your filling mix and place 2cm from the edge of the pastry close to you
  5. Brush the edge with egg
  6. Pull the pastry over and press to seal. then trim
  7. Place on a baking sheet join the ends to make a circle brush with egg and place in the fridge to chill.
  8. After 20 mins remove from the fridge brush again with the egg and decorate
  9. Place into the oven and bake until golden
  10. Can be eaten hot or cold
