Make sure you have everything prepared ahead of time as the omelette is a quick cook. First, soak the noodles in boiling water while you prepare the rest. Shred up the greens and thinly slice the scallions. Instructions to make Taiwanese omelette:
  1. Blending all of ingredients properly
  2. Warm a pan
  3. Put some oil (or butter if you like)
  4. Put 60ml of ingredients into pan gently
  5. Turn the fire to medium and set a timer 1min30sec
  6. Prepare clingfilm
  7. Wait the time up and flipped to another side and timer set 1min 30sec
  8. Times up put the omelette on clingfilm(that's for one)
  9. And keep doing the same loop till you finished all ingredients, then you got ten pieces
  10. Put into frozen to keep
  11. Anytime you would like to have it for breakfast just simply put an egg into pan, covered by an omelette and wait for it cook enough
  12. Add anything you like ( my favourite are putting in cheese, tuna, corn and lots of mayo and ketchup
  13. Yummy!

It's my favorite part of the oyster omelet. People seem to like Taiwanese Street Food a lot, street food is a big part of Taiwanese culture. This is one of the most famous street foods - Taiwanese oyster omelette 蚵仔煎. If you like oysters or seafood, this is a great choice for you, if you like omelettes too then you've hit the jackpot! The oyster omelette, more commonly known amongst us Taiwanese as 蚵仔煎 pronounced "oh-ah-tzen," has always been my favorite snack.
