  8. Get 4 tablespoons Sour Cream
  9. Take 4 tablespoons Japanese Mayonnaise

When onion turns pinkish, add chopped garlic and sauté till the raw smell of garlic goes away. Once it is done, add the chopped tomatoes and sauté till it turns mushy. Drain broccoli and place in a salad bowl. In a small bowl whisk together the mayonnaise, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, paprika, and season to taste.

Instructions to make Broccoli, Egg & Potato Salad:
  1. Cook Potato pieces in salted water. When Potato is nearly soft, add Broccoli, cook for a few minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, combine Pickled Cucumber, Red Onion, Sour Cream and Mayonnaise in a large bowl.
  3. When Potato and Broccoli are cooked, drain well, especially drain Broccoli well, and add to the bowl. Season with Salt and Pepper, and gently mix to combine.
  4. Boiled Eggs can be cut in half or quarters, then mix in salad or just arrange them on top. Sprinkle with extra Black Pepper if you like it, and serve.

Drain broccoli and place in a salad bowl. In a small bowl whisk together the mayonnaise, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, paprika, and season to taste. Add the green onions, bacon slices and eggs into the salad bowl with the broccoli. Pour the mayonnaise mixture over the salad and gently toss everything until well coated. In a medium bowl, beat egg whites, eggs, grated cheese, salt and pepper.
