The ingredients needed to make Prawns and mash:
  1. Prepare 4 large potatoes
  2. Prepare 20 raw king prawns
  3. Get Good amount of fresh parsley
  4. Take Paprika
  5. Make ready to taste Salt
  6. Get Olive oil
Instructions to make Prawns and mash:
  1. Make the mash. Peel, chop and boil potatoes in salted water. Meanwhile, prepare your prawns. Remove the vein, wash and dry well. When potatoes ready, mash adding plenty of parsley
  2. Using a pastry cutter, make mash circles. Keep warm while you cook the prawns
  3. Pan fry prawns in a little oil and a sprinkle of paprika for 4-5 mins. Transfer mash circles to a plate and place the prawns on top and serve with more fresh parsley 😀
