Cut the florets of cauliflower and wash these then add in boiling water for a few mins. Drain them so they are dry. In the meantime make the batter. Add plain flour cornflour salt pepper and chilli powder with water make this a smooth consistency to coat the cauliflower florets. Then fry them on medium heat till they are golden brown.
Then keep these aside. Then add oil to a pan add green chopped chillies ginger and garlic and sauté then add capsicum and spring onions. Let this all mix for a few minutes then add salt chilli powder pepper soy sauce ketchup chilli sauce and vinegar and a little water till it thickens then add the cauliflower mix it slowly and cover the sauce over the florets. Add chopped spring onions for decoration. Tastes lovely with rice or as a starter.
