Steps to make Paneer frankie:
  1. Knead the soft dough by adding maida salt and oil wheat floor is optional. Rest it for 10 - 15 minutes.
  2. In a pan add oil, sliced onion ginger garlic paste, and capsicum saute them untill they are semi-soft, add chopped tomato wait to soft it, add vinegar and soya sauce, salt, black pepper add a little bit of water if needed.
  3. Add panner and chili sauce saute them untill all flavor coat to panner. Off the flame.
  4. Take dough divide it into 3 parts and roll it thin sheet, as it is maida roll so it needs extra energy to roll, on hot tawa cooked it half.
  5. Spread tangy dip by mixing mayo and Ketchup, also put chilli panner with vinegar sliced onion roll it if it is not closed use toothpick.
  6. Take half spoon butter spread on hot tawa and fry this panner Frankie, cut it into parts enjoy with green chutney.
