Dirty Rice is one of the most favored of current trending meals in the world. It’s enjoyed by millions every day. It is easy, it is fast, it tastes delicious. They are fine and they look fantastic. Dirty Rice is something which I have loved my whole life.

To begin with this recipe, we have to prepare a few ingredients. You can have dirty rice using 10 ingredients and 5 steps. Here is how you cook that.

The ingredients needed to make Dirty Rice:
  1. Take 1 lb chicken liver
  2. Get 1 roll of pork sausage
  3. Take 1 stalk of chopped celery
  4. Get 1 chopped red bell pepper
  5. Make ready 1 chopped green bell pepper
  6. Take 1 chopped yellow onion
  7. Prepare 8 cup cooked rice
  8. Prepare 2 tbsp butter
  9. Prepare 2 cups chicken broth
  10. Get 1 about 5 shakes of dried parsley
Steps to make Dirty Rice:
  1. Heat butter in a skillet add celery cook on med heat about 10minutes
  2. Add to celery cook about 10min. When done Add to the rice
  3. break apart with spoon while cooking . cook until brown ,drain on paper towel
  4. Fry livers in the same skillet until brown, breaking apart with the spoon while it cooks when it browns drain on a paper towel
  5. Mix sausage and liver with rice and stir good, add 2 cups of chicken broth. Add more broth if you like. Season to taste I prefer lawry's , Mix well sprinkle with parsley and enjoy!
